Please read carefully – “prices given in accordance with costs at the date of estimate” relates to the fact that the prices of materials are subject to daily changes due to market fluctuations.  This means that the full price may be more than the estimate.  To this effect please note that the word estimate is used - not quote.

COMMISSIONS for new work

A charge is made for preliminary drawings which are the artists’ copyright.

All prices are given ex workshop.  Packing, carriage etc. extra.

All prices are net and are given in accordance with costs at the date of estimate.  VAT extra (currently 17.5%)

A non-refundable deposit of 33% of the estimate shall be paid upon the signing of the contract, when the agreed final drawings shall be returned to the artist.

Payment in full upon collection / one week before posting / within one month of invoice as agreed with the artist.

Payments outstanding for more than 30 days from invoice will be surcharged at 3% per month

Returned goods will only be credited (less 33%) if returned in their original condition with the respective invoice number, date & cost.  Goods returned for credit (less 33%) after 7 days of the invoice date, that have been correctly supplied, will be subject to a charge of £10.00.

No responsibility can be accepted for damage caused to goods resulting from the customer or the carrier's negligence - a charge will be made for repairs in these circumstances.

The artist retains the right of ownership to all goods until full payment is received.

Whilst all pieces shown can be repeated, the nature of the techniques used mean that exact copies are not possible.  This means that although the piece will be similar to the one shown, the client will always get a unique piece of jewellery.
